We offers a full range of estimating services tailored to our clients’ individual requirements. We provide conceptual estimates, as well as stage estimates and specialize in estimating. Our experience of the process coupled with cost management expertise brings added value to the process of delivering sustainable estimates.

We have a depth of experience in parametric, programmatic and conceptual cost engineering services, often involved in preparing cost plans and feasibility studies at project inception. Such cost plans and studies are rarely based upon hard design data and so require a thorough understanding of project intent and the construction process to produce useful results. We are able to produce estimates in a variety of formats. As independent cost specialists, we are able to provide accurate, unbiased cost advice and estimating support leaving our clients free to concentrate on other critical areas.

Pre-Contract Stage

• Preparation of anticipated cash flow associated with the expenditure milestones, to participate with our client’s team members in the intial development strategic planning sessions.
• Liaise with Architect / client and other consultant to determine the client’s initials requirement and subsequent development of the full brief.
• Prepare an initial budget estimate to assess the feasibility of the design proposal
• Monitoring cost implication as the detailed design evolves.
• Report on buffers to be kept to mitigate the risk of escalation impact etc.
• Preparations of sensitivity analysis which factor in time and cost variables providing advice on the types of expenditure and level of costs to be included within the budget.
• Preparations of cost/benefit analysis, measuring both capital and operational costs which will assist with our clients asset management activities.

Tender Stage

• Pre Qualification of contractors to understand their Financial capability Technical capability and Track record etc.,
• Advising on appropriate contract package, tendering procedures, contractual arrangements and procurement methods including liaising with the client’s advisers.
• Preparing and assembling form and content of the tender documents based on firm Bill of Quantities, Contractual arrangements.
• Evaluating, analysing and report on tender submission, preparing clarification, checklists of ambiguities, participating in interviews of renders for the contract, negotiations’, prior to confirmation of an award.
• Assisting in the preparation of agreements and other contract documents for the awarding the contract.

Post Contract Financial Management Stage

• Establishing standard procedures with the contractor and subcontractor for monthly valuations of progress payment.
• Certifying all Running bills submitted by the contractor.
• Certifying all Reconciliation of all materials statement submitted by the contractor.
• Preparing and agreeing final accounts incorporating the financial implications of claims including negotiations and settlement of contractual claims.
• Any other service professionally required for the implementation of the project.
