Mr. Balakrishnan, the proprietor of TMB CONSULTING, is an entrepreneur with a Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed University and over 50+ years of experience in the field, both in India and in the Middle East. He held a top-level position in a large Construction Company with pan India presence before starting on his new venture.
As Project Management Consultant we play the role of Advisor, Planner, and Leader in working with the client to devise and implement solutions related to process or quality improvements in construction industry. This adds valuable resource to the stakeholders seeking to identify and correct inefficiencies in work flow and processes.
The work executed in the Middle East includes Apartments, Resorts and Commercial complexes with Flat slabs, Steel structures and Substations. The projects executed in India includes from 2001 to 2015 where in the capacity as General Manager for the projects in ISKCON, Bangalore and Akshaya Patra Foundation, Bangalore. The projects were completed on time and have won accolades for his efforts and team work.
TMB CONSULTING is supported by a team of dedicated Engineers and adequate resources to take up any challenging projects. Given the nature of your requirements, we have no hesitation in saying that the work can be taken up by us and complete to suite your requirement.
Proprietor of the firm has his presence in the Bangalore market for the last 25+ years. So, mobilising various resources, like quality materials and labour force will not be difficult task. We believe that our job is not just to build homes but also to build lifelong relationships.
